To Start:
King prawn avocado, and cured ocean trout on Atherton salad spiced with bush tucker tomato chutney and lemon aspen mayonnaise

Main (alternate drop):
Crocodile pie, kangaroo loin steak and emu sausage on tablelands golden mash with asparagus spears and mountain pepper bbq sauce
Or
Steamed barramundi served on coconut rice with a mango and papaya salsa

Vegetarian option:
Linguini tossed with zucchini, avocado, semi dried tomato laced with wild rocket in a pesto cream sauce and grana panada shavings
